Welcome to Langara College and Management Programs Division. Most of you are probably thinking, “Who is this Management Programs people?” And, that’s a great question!
Who are we?
Well, we include all of the faculty and staff for both the Langara School of Management and Nutrition and Food Services Department.
Langara School of Management includes four different departments – Business Management & International Business, Business Technology Management, Financial Management and Marketing Management.
The Langara School of Management Departments and Nutrition and Food Service Management each have their own Department Chairs for faculty.
For all of these departments there are administrative staff that include various roles such as Program Advisors, Program Assistants, Division Assistants, etc.
The leadership for this group includes the Division Chair.
But wait – that’s not all! Beyond the Division, there is what post-secondary institutions call a Faculty. Our official name of the Faculty is Faculty of Management. The leadership at the Faculty level includes a Dean, manager, and assistant. Their role is to administer and manage the whole group.
In total, there are over 100 faculty, staff and administration working here in our departments. AND – we are all here to help and support YOU. That’s our job and we love helping each of you. You are the reason why we are here.
